These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Apex Addicts website and any purchase of products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Apex Addicts supplies performance steering wheels and related products primarily for customers in Australia. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your place of residence) to place an order. When you create a My Account profile, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may suspend or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Shop pages are provided for guidance. Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and display settings.
Steering wheel fitment depends on your vehicle, hub adapter, boss kit, and installation method. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle make, model, and year before ordering. Incorrect fitment due to customer error is not covered as a product fault.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude GST as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and shipping rates at any time.
Payment is due at checkout using the methods we enable (such as major cards and other WooCommerce payment options). Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully received. If a payment fails or is later reversed, we may cancel the order and recover reasonable costs.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example, due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected misuse). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is accepted.
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on your location and carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. International shipping is not our standard offering; contact support before ordering if you require delivery outside Australia.
Please ensure someone can receive the parcel. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs (where applicable), or carrier disruptions outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Return Policy explains how to request a return or refund for eligible products.
Change-of-mind returns may be limited for products that have been installed, modified, or used. Defective or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in line with our Return Policy and applicable law.
Apex Addicts products are intended for automotive use by competent installers. Improper installation can affect vehicle safety and legality. You are responsible for ensuring installation complies with local laws, vehicle manufacturer guidance, and motorsport rules where relevant.
We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from incorrect installation, incompatible adapters, misuse, racing beyond the product’s intended use, or modifications made after purchase, except to the extent required by law.
All website content, branding, logos, product names, imagery, and designs related to Apex Addicts remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site operations. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website without notice.
While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Addicts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) arising from your use of the site or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupply of the goods or payment of the cost of resupply, as allowed under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms for future orders and visits.
